Using Fatbet means agreeing to a few ground rules, and we'd rather lay them out plainly than bury them in dense legal text. This page covers your account, our bonuses, how payments work, what's off-limits, and who owns what on the platform. If anything here is unclear, our team is happy to walk you through it.
Your Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if that's higher, to register or play at Fatbet. We do not permit accounts for anyone under this age, and we may request proof of age or residency at any point during your membership. Only one account is allowed per person, household and IP address; duplicate accounts created to exploit bonus offers will result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings. You're responsible for providing accurate registration details, for keeping your password confidential, and for keeping your email and phone number up to date so security notices actually reach you.
Bonuses & Promotions

As a general rule, one bonus may be claimed per player per deposit and bonuses cannot be combined; match bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement on the deposit plus bonus amount; and free bonus funds require a minimum deposit before any related winnings can be cashed out. Not every game contributes equally toward that wagering requirement: slots are typically weighted higher than table games. We reserve the right to void winnings gained through bonus abuse or breach of a specific promotion's terms.
Deposits, Withdrawals & KYC

Limits On Our Liability

We work to keep the platform secure and available, using SSL encryption and certified Random Number Generators across our games, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and we're not liable for losses arising from your own gameplay decisions, connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including duplicate registrations or fraudulent activity, and any related winnings may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
The Fatbet name, logo and site design belong to us, while the games themselves are licensed from their respective studios, including Betsoft, Rival, Saucify, Fugaso, Fresh Deck Studios and Qora Games. None of this content, including graphics, text and game assets, may be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written permission from the relevant owner.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our games, payment partners or applicable regulation. The version published here, current as of 2026, is the one that applies, and continued use of Fatbet after an update counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
